Massage Therapy

My massage is not a “cookie – cutter” massage. I take all of you into consideration. Each person has his or her own aches, pains, and goals, therefore each person will get a custom bodywork plan. My goal is to develop a comprehensive plan to lead you to overall wellness.

Massage Services

This is a medical massage facility. Although there are some relaxing aspects of my bodywork, I do not perform solely relaxation massages. The goal is to produce tangible results with a planned and specific goal in mind, and your bodywork will factor into a larger treatment plan that is based around your health needs and goals.

Initial Consultation

Manual Manipulation

Manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being.

May incorporate one or more of these modalities: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, Myofascial Release Technique, Ashiatsu/Thai Bodywork, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, cupping, Gua Sha and breathwork.

Not only relaxing, therapeutic massage aids in enhanced performance, injury recovery, and over-all body maintenance.

Every BODY is different…

And the discomfort you are struggling with – whether it be an achy back, problematic shoulder, or limited range of motion – requires massage and bodywork customized to specifically meet your needs and lifestyle.

Visceral Manipulation gently encourages your body to move more freely, helping you feel lighter, more comfortable, and more balanced.

Visceral Manipulation

“Viscera” simply means the internal organs of the body, like your liver, kidneys, and intestines. Visceral Manipulation (VM) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps your body let go of tension, restrictions, and unhealthy patterns that may be causing pain or discomfort. Instead of just treating where you feel the pain, VM looks at your whole body to uncover the root cause. During a session, the therapist uses light touch to feel for areas of tightness or limited movement in the organs and surrounding tissues, then applies gentle techniques to restore natural motion. This allows your body to move more freely, adapt more easily, and return to a healthier balance.

People often turn to Visceral Manipulation for support with:

  • Digestive issues like bloating, constipation, or reflux
  • Abdominal, pelvic, or lower back discomfort
  • Tension or stiffness in the neck, shoulders, or mid-back
  • Postural imbalances and restricted movement
  • Recovery from surgery or scar tissue adhesions
  • Headaches or migraines
  • Stress, fatigue, and overall tension
  • Women’s health concerns, including menstrual discomfort or postpartum recovery
  • Chronic pain
  • And much much more!
